Brennende iBooks

Apple hat einen Fabrikationsfehler in div. iBook-/Powerbookakkus ( link), was dazu führt, dass schon 6 Laptops abgebrannt sind. Wie sollte es anders sein, ist auch meiner davon betroffen. Mein neuer Akku wurde, nachdem ich das Webformular Samstag abend abgeschickt hatte, bereits am Montag via UpsExpress zugesendet. Warum klappt das nicht bei jeder Firma?
